In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well.
Romans 12:6 (NLT)
Are you using your spiritual gifts? Do you know what yours are? We don’t talk much about them. But Paul does. Here in Romans 12, Paul addresses that when God gives us a Spiritual gift, we need to use it to our best ability. He writes, “So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.” Paul shares that each of us has a spiritual gift that we can serve God with. Today, ask God to show you yours. Ask Him to use it in your life.
Dear Father, show me my Spiritual Gift and help me use it for Your glory. In Jesus’ Name.
